- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month and you can change or stop any time. If you stop, you drop to the free plan and keep taking orders.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Nothing your customers can see. Your ordering page, phone line, drivers and payouts keep running. We'll ask you to update your card, and that's it.
- Does a bigger plan mean a lower commission?
- No. It is 6.25% on every plan, always. Plans change the tools you get, never the cost of an order.
- Do I need to leave DoorDash or Uber Eats?
- No. Most restaurants run Zeepot alongside them at first, and move orders across as their own customers get used to ordering direct.
